Listen to this article

SeaWorld San Antonio is hosting two weekends of Latin-inspired celebrations in its first-ever Fiesta del Mar. The all-new festival is being held on the weekends of November 6 until 8 and November 13 to 15, 2020.

The weekend Latino-based celebrations involve plenty of food, beer, street vendors selling cocktails, live music, fireworks, lights, smells, colours and sounds of old Mexico.

Authentic mariachi bands are performing at the event, blasting out the familiar sounds of violins and vocals, alongside colour flamenco shows. Among the popular local bands at the Fiesta del Mar are The Chisme and Bidi Bidi Banda.

Guests can enjoy tucking into well-known Mexican dishes and drinks, including nachos, tacos, tostados, churros, roasted corn, margaritas, Tecate beers, Modelo, Medeldo Negra, and more.

SeaWorld San Antonio’s rides and attractions are open for guests to enjoy over the two weekends. After dark, the night sky over SeaWorld is lit up in a finale of fireworks, flames, sparks and aerial bursts of colour, set against a background of Latin music.
