Scruffy Dog, the London-based turnkey design firm serving the global leisure and entertainment industry, has appointed Deborah Eicher as commercial director.

IAAPA board member Eicher brings over 17 years of commercial and marketing experience in the leisure and entertainments industry.

She recently worked as business development director for UK amusements firm, HB Leisure, and was president of global industry relations and business development for Picsolve, focusing on the US, Asia and the Middle East.

“Deborah has key experience and connections in the industry to help us deliver our design and fabrication expertise to a broader array of customers,” said Scruffy Dog founder and managing director, Joe Bright.

“We especially look forward to expanding our design services in the US, Middle East and Far East.”

Scruffy Dog has a prestigious list of clientele, including Merlin Entertainments. The company has provided creative designs and fabrication for Legoland Windsor, Alton Towers, Chessington Worlds of Adventures, Madame Tussauds and other Merlin Entertainments locations.
