As this year's Asian Attractions Expo (AAE) continues, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) has announced that the 2016 edition of the show will take place in Shanghai.

AAE 2016 will call the Shanghai New International Expo Centre its home on June 13-16.

"We are thrilled to take Asian Attractions Expo back to China," IAAPA president and CEO Paul Noland said this week.

"We selected Shanghai, one of the most established business centres in China, as it is reflective of the tremendous international appeal of our industry to the Asia-Pacific region and the industry's dynamic growth."

The 2015 edition of AAE finishes tomorrow. A full show report will appear in the July/August issue of InterPark.
