UK games manufacturer Elton Amusements introduced a new midway game under the name of Point Hunter at last week’s EAS event in Amsterdam.

Well-known around the world for its famous Derby roll-a-ball games, the latest addition to the product range is similar to the Derby but instead of rolling balls to score points, players must throw balls into a number of different holes in their target area, each hole having a different points value. If 100 points are scored the player wins a prize. The unit on display at EAS was a four-player model but single and multi-player versions are also available.

Among recent projects completed by Elton has been the installation of a 10-player Derby game featuring a sea horse theme within the new entrance area at Dutch theme park Toverland. Image of
