Holiday Park will be the home of musical melodies in 2026 as the park has teamed up with the world-famous dance event Tomorrowland to create a thematic ride based on the electronic dance event.

The ride will be based on The Ride to Happiness by Tomorrowland spinning coaster found at Plopsaland in Belgium – The Plopsa Group owning both Plopsaland and Holiday Park in Germany.

As part of a significant £69m investment, Holiday Park will be transformed thanks to a five-year-plan of expanding its attractions portfolio with a new water park in the pipeline and several new rides, of which a central focus will be the new melodic ride which will feature on board music based on Tomorrowland playlists.

For further context of the new Tomorrowland attraction, The Ride to Happiness by Tomorrowland in Plopsaland tops off at 115ft (35-meters) and covers 3018ft (920-meters) in track length. The ride is laced with several thrilling inversions with two launch systems thrusting riders up to 56mph (90km/h).

Holiday Park remains tight-lipped on its latest version of the Tomorrowland themed ride.

Speaking about the grand plans for Holiday Park, Carl Lenaerts, CEO of Plopsa, stated: “We are investing in the future to create an even better guest experience. With an eye on turning the Holiday Park into a magnet for over a million annual visitors, the initiative is poised to transform the park into a multi-day resort that meets and exceeds expectations.
