Europa-Park celebrated its landmark 50th anniversary in style with a feat of festivities. Its Summer Night Party gave riders a bumper 15 hours of rollercoasters, surprises and shows to savour a special occasion.
Meanwhile, there was a gala night with all the Mack family present o conduct speeches and celebrate a momentous time in the history of their park. The gala featured spectacular acrobatic performances, live music performances and a dose of comedy.
The night ended with a spectacular fireworks display recorded by drones with revellers underneath enjoying a novel dance party inside Europa-Park.

“What a party! For its 50th anniversary, Europa-Park was transformed into a stage full of amazement, joy and special moments,” said Europa-Park.
“Together with our numerous visitors, we celebrated, marvelled, danced and enjoyed – with spectacular actions in the sky, a glamorous gala with celebrity guests and a summer night party that lit up the park until midnight.”
Europa-Park has come a long way since its opening half a century ago with millions of guests enjoy one of the best theme parks in the world.
And Europa-Park paid tribute to its visitors during the celebratory weekend: “This anniversary weekend was a living thank you to all guests, fans and companions who have made Europa-Park what it is today since 1975: a place of encounter, imagination and boundless experiences.”
