Eatrenalin at Europa-Park is set to update its menu at the end of the month.
From 31. August 2025, Eatrenalin will unveil a revolutionary new menu concept that “redefines the relationship between cuisine and presentation,” according to the award-winning restaurant.
Quartet of renown Chefs serve up culinary delights
Four 2* Michelin chefs from leading restaurants in Germany, France and Switzerland have joined forces to create this unique dining experience.
Culinary Director Peter Hagen-Wiest joins forces with his friends Christian Kuchler, Owner and head chef of the 2-star restaurant Taverne zum Schäfli in Wigoltingen, Paul Stradner, Head chef at the 2-star restaurant Villa René Lalique in Wingen-sur-Moder and Stefan Heilemann, Head chef at the 2-star Widder restaurant in Zurich.
Together, they have created an immersive eight-course menu. Each of the three guest chefs will design their own course for this multi-sensory experience. The result is a menu bearing the culinary signatures of four Michelin-starred chefs.

Peter Hagen-Wiest, is the Culinary Director of Eatrenalin and the 2-star restaurant Ammolite – The Lighthouse Restaurant. He helped shape Eatrenalin even before it opened, providing culinary advice. For his menu, the two-star chef has invited three of his friends, who are also top chefs, to create a unique dining experience together.
“For us as chefs and for our guests, working on an idea with friends and putting our own stamp on every room is a special experience, said Hagen-Wiest.

The esteemed German theme park is the home of the gastronomic adventure with Eatrenalin. Guests travel on highly sophisticated motion sensory vehicles towards culinary delicacies in the scenes of Lounge, Waterfall, Discovery, Ocean, Taste, Umami, Universe and Incarnation.
