To mark Europa-Park’s 50th anniversary, MACK Magic has partnered with Warner Bros. Film Productions Germany to release “Grand Prix of Europe”.
The 90-minute cinema adventure follows the park’s mascot Ed & Edda on a voyage of discovery through Europe.
Thanks to state-of-the-art multimedia integration, detailed theming and dynamic animated content, visitors are immersed in the world of Ed & Edda through Grand Prix of Europe.
The animated film was produced by Michael Mack, Managing Partner of the Europa-Park Resort and Founder of the entertainment company MACK Magic. Meanwhile, German Oscar-winner Volker Bertelmann contributed the film’s thrilling soundtrack.
The film follows in the footsteps of the interactive 3D dark ride GRAND PRIX Edventure, which takes fast-paced fun to a new level as Ed & Edda receive their first own attraction at the Europa-Park.
To coincide with the film, the video game Ed & Edda: Grand Prix – Racing Champions was released on Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The game was released alongside the film’s release date in Germany, which was 24 July, 2025.
