Hersheypark, Pennsylvania’s largest amusement park, in collaboration with S&S Worldwide, is thrilled to unveil Twizzlers Twisted Gravity, an exciting, record-breaking attraction set to open in summer 2025. As the tallest Screamin’ Swing in the world, this new addition to the park promises a high-thrill experience that combines cutting-edge ride design with the iconic Twizzlers brand.
A Candy-Inspired Thrill Ride Like No Other
Twizzlers Twisted Gravity introduces a bold new element to the Hersheypark skyline. Featuring two 20-person gondolas, the ride is themed around four beloved Twizzlers flavors—Strawberry, Cherry, Hershey’s Chocolate, and Black Licorice. The attraction’s Twizzlers-red color palette and branded gondolas make it a unique visual spectacle, celebrating the candy’s playful personality in a thrilling new way.
The 1-minute, 10-second experience takes guests of Hershey’s height category (48-54 inches) and above soaring to 137 feet, reaching speeds of up to 68 mph. Riders will defy gravity with multiple zero-G moments, swinging high above Spring Creek in Hersheypark’s The Hollow region.
A Collaboration of Excellence
S&S Worldwide has designed Twizzlers Twisted Gravity to deliver a world-record experience that is both thrilling and inclusive. This will mark the 30th Screamin’ Swing installation worldwide, with Hersheypark’s version becoming the 5th 40-seat model.
