The Lost Estate, a leading immersive performance and hospitality company, has appointed Mark ‘Fish’ Fisher as Non-Executive Director, signaling its ambitious growth plans in the UK and international markets.
Fisher, the former Chief Development Officer at Merlin Entertainments, played a key role in the global success of LEGOLAND, Madame Tussauds, and SEA LIFE, helping Merlin become the world’s second-largest location-based entertainment company. With over 30 years of experience, Fisher brings a wealth of expertise in strategic development, corporate governance, and operational scalability, positioning The Lost Estate for significant expansion.
As The Lost Estate scales into new territories, Fisher will refine decision-making processes, strengthen industry connections, and identify new investment and IP opportunities. His deep knowledge of private equity, high-net-worth investors, and brand licensing—gained through work with Blackstone—will be instrumental in securing funding and forging strategic partnerships.
“The Lost Estate’s fusion of storytelling, immersive worlds, and experiential hospitality is groundbreaking,” said Fisher. “I am excited to support their ambitious expansion and bring their visionary productions to new markets.”
The Lost Estate’s productions, including The Great Christmas Feast, 58th Street, and Paradise Under the Stars, have captivated over 200,000 guests. With venues in West Kensington and Peckham, the company is now setting its sights on a global stage, enhancing its reputation as a premier force in immersive entertainment.
Co-Founder and Executive Producer Eddy Hackett welcomed Fisher’s appointment, stating: “His track record in scaling world-class attractions and building global brands will be invaluable. Fish’s strategic insight will help refine our operations, enhance our productions, and drive The Lost Estate into a bold new era.”
