Toverland in the Netherlands has been awarded as the most customer-friendly theme park based on a survey conducted by MarketResponse from Utrecht. More than six thousand consumers gave their opinion about 390 companies.
Toverland finished first in the visitor attraction category by MarketResponse. The Dutch theme park was narrowly beaten overall by online supermarket Picnic, which attained a 8.27 score to an 8.26 given to Toverland.

Toverland secured a huge rating in the hospitality sector of MarketResponse. Visitors gave between a 9 and a 10 rating. According to the survey, Toverland was commended for its ‘committed staff, child-friendliness, delicious food and the atmospheric ambiance.’
Toverland opened its doors back in 2001 and last year welcomed 1,174,000 visitors.
