Attraktion!’s new hypermedia entertainment park in the Karkonosze region sold out its opening weekend, signalling strong early demand for immersive, all-weather indoor destinations in Central Europe.

Austria-based Attraktion! opened Querion Hypermedia Entertainment Park in Piechowice, Poland on 4 June 2026 to a sold-out first weekend. Situated between Szklarska Poręba and Jelenia Góra in the Karkonosze region, the indoor park spans more than 4,000 square metres and operates year-round.

Developed in partnership with hotel operator Górskie Resorty, Querion brings together motion-based rides, immersive projection environments, AI-driven content and a 50-station VR zone. Attraktion! served as lead development partner and delivered the full attraction package. The park targets families, tourist groups and corporate event audiences.

The headline installation is the Circulum 360° Interactive – a patented projection ride system with two independently rotating passenger platforms on a shared 3-DOF motion base, accommodating up to 44 guests. It features Angry Birds Pigvasion, a shooting game produced in collaboration with Rovio Entertainment. The attraction makes its worldwide debut at Querion. A 50-seat FlyXD Flying Theater, a 50-person Explorer 5D Stand Up Motion Theater and a 52-seat 4D/5D Motion Theater complete the ride lineup.

A dedicated Immersive Experience Theater with interactive floor projection is also included. Attraktion! describes it as the first time this format – previously seen in touring exhibitions – has been installed as a permanent attraction within an indoor park. An AI education zone rounds out the offer, presenting artificial intelligence as an accessible topic for general audiences.

A central common area connecting all zones functions as a live multimedia environment, using architecture, light, sound and digital content to set the atmosphere from arrival.

“Querion is an important milestone for the future of media-based entertainment,” said Markus Beyr, chief executive officer of Attraktion!. “We are proud to have supported Górskie Resorty in this unique development, and to have contributed to a destination that brings together immersive technology, artificial intelligence, interactivity and attraction design in one complete environment.”

The opening comes as demand for weather-independent leisure grows across Central Europe’s mountain resort regions, where seasonal tourism has historically limited year-round visitor numbers.
