The Loudoun County opening marks a decade-long partnership between Sacoa and EPG Inc, with over 250 card readers installed across the new Virginia attraction.
Sacoa has completed the installation of its cashless payment system at Pinstack’s first venue outside Texas, located in Loudoun County, Virginia. The deployment continues a partnership between Sacoa and venue operator EPG Inc that dates to the opening of the original Pinstack site in 2015.
The Loudoun County venue combines Brunswick bowling lanes with the SPARK experience, laser tag, bumper cars, a high ropes course with zipline, a 36-foot six-route climbing wall, arcade games and a redemption store. Sacoa’s installation covers the full site, with nine K4 self-service kiosks, a Redemption Station and more than 250 Spark card readers deployed across arcade and attractions areas. The system gives guests a single card for access across all attractions and provides the operator with real-time management data.
Brian Cohen, VP of operations at EPG Inc, spoke directly to the working relationship. ‘We have worked together since the opening of the first Pinstack in 2015, and the support, responsiveness, and invaluable assistance from the Sacoa team helped make this launch smoother, easier, and far more dynamic,’ he said.
Sebastian Mochkovsky, chief executive of Sacoa USA, confirmed the partnership will continue. ‘We look forward to continuing our collaboration with EPG through customised solutions designed for their operational needs,’ he said.
The Virginia site is the first Pinstack location to open beyond its home state. For Sacoa, it adds another large-scale family entertainment centre to a client base that increasingly spans multi-attraction venues requiring integrated cashless infrastructure across diverse ride and game formats.
