Svømmepøl, the new outdoor pool in Rulantica, now offers more than twice as much space for swimming, relaxing and soaking up the sun.
With spraying geysers, a mystical grotto and surrounded by volcanic rock, Svømmepøl invites guests to enjoy a swimming experience in a rugged, Nordic landscape all year round.
An aquatic haven awaits at Svømmepøl
The spacious outdoor pool is ideal for swimming or just relaxing. Svømmepøl covers 660 square metres of water, offering plenty of space for splashing, swimming and relaxing in the open air.
In addition to plenty of space for splashing around, guests at the water world will find relaxing retreats on gently bubbling water loungers in a shady rock cave.
But the grotto is not only ideal for relaxing: younger water lovers can accompany Snorri and his friends on his playful discovery tour through the cave, thanks to an integrated video installation by MACK Magic.
The Svømme Bar invites you to enjoy refreshing drinks in the pleasantly temperate water, while Nordic-looking geysers with water fountains and fine mist create a unique atmosphere as you enjoy them at the water thanks to this cutting-edge swim-up bar.
Around the pool, sun loungers surrounded by Nordic vegetation invite you to sunbathe. Whether on comfortable loungers with a view of the sparkling water or in the shade of trees and rocks, everyone will find the perfect spot to relax. A glass-enclosed corridor from the main hall provides comfortable, weather-independent access to the Svømmepøl.
The swimming area also has convenient access as visitors can enter from the indoor area directly to the outdoors.
