The Muppets are moving to what is currently Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith. The reimaged Muppets roller coaster will see the likes of Kermit and Miss Piggy take the limelight in a new and novel way.

Disney says that the Muppets will “team up with some of music’s biggest stars for a rockin’ music festival.”

Moreover, the coasters’ reimagining will take place at the beginning in 2026. No details have been revealed about its storyline and show scenes..

Meanwhile, further changes are abound with the ‘Muppet Courtyard’ transforming into a “Monsters, Inc.” themed land, complete with the new coaster and other festivities.

The future roller coaster brings to an end a glorious past with the iconic “MuppetVision 3D” attraction in Disney World closing on 7 June after 34 years of muppets fun. It was to be the last act of Jim Henson’s final directorial brilliance, a laugh‑out‑loud experience that blended 3D film, live effects, and puppetry
