Legoland Deutschland Resort is to relaunch its Reich der Pharaonen themed area as Land der Pharaonen for 2019.
The German theme park in Günzburg, Bavaria, will invite families to step back in time as it immerses them into exciting adventures and stories about gods, myths and the ancient Egyptian cult of the dead. As well as some spectacular new shows, guests will be able to enjoy the attractions Pyramiden Rallye and X-kursion. The land will also feature the existing Temple X-pedition interactive dark ride.
“Pharaohs, mummies, powerful gods: these motives have always inspired people,” notes Legoland Deutschland managng director, Martin Kring. “That’s why we decided to make our trip to ancient Egypt even more exciting for our visitors. In the new area, we will also pay attention to the many historical facts, so that families not only have fun but also take knowledge with them.”
