Ocean Park Halloween Fest, the largest Halloween event in the Hong Kong region, aims to take the thrills to the next level this year, as the theme park prepares to launch 11 haunted attractions and 12 horror-filled experiences.

Headline attractions include a twisted new themed attraction, Saw, which allows guests to experience the most iconic moments from the powerhouse Lionsgate horror franchise, whose eighth instalment, Jigsaw, is scheduled to open in theatres on October 26.

“Saw is one of the best thrillers of all time,” said Eva Au Yeung, events and entertainment director at Ocean Park. “With the franchise making its long-awaited comeback this October, we are thrilled to partner with Lionsgate to build this movie-themed attraction.

Also at Halloween Fest this year will be the Phobia experience – a haunting cluster of rooms filled with well-known phobias that’s designed to take guests’ senses to the limits.

Visitors to Ocean Park will be able to relive nostalgic memories of the past at Kowloon Ghost City, while there will also be plenty of family-friendly fun to be found at the Whiskers & Friends Halloween Party.

Now in its 17th year, Halloween Fest 2017 will run day and night from October 5-31.
