Party Center Software, the US-based amusement facility management group, has launched a new customer support website.

The website utilises an entirely new platform, which provides more features and advantages for Party Center Software customers.

It offers customers multiple ways to log in, including the use of existing social media accounts.

Once logged in to the customer support website, users will find improved layout and navigation.

"The built-in Knowledge Base is filled with dozens of tutorials, and now it's easier than ever to find the right content," the company said.

"The most exciting new feature is online chat. Over the last couple years, Party Center Software has received feedback from customers who would prefer to chat immediately online instead of calling or sending an email.

"With this new platform, users can chat with the support team online six days a week."
