Picsolve, a global leader in digital image capture for the leisure and entertainment industry, has implemented a full range of solutions across Dubai Parks and Resorts, the Middle East’s largest integrated theme park destination.

The resort includes Motiongate Dubai, Legoland Dubai, Legoland Waterpark and Bollywood Parks Dubai, along with the multi-themed dining and retail destination, Riverland Dubai, and Lapita Hotel, a Polynesian-themed family hotel.

To provide guests with a simple way of validating and accessing their photography packages, Picsolve is integrating its DigiPass technology with the Dubai Parks and Resorts ticketing system provided by VGS.

This first-time collaboration will create true omni-channel purchase and redemption opportunities for visitors to Dubai Parks and Resorts, by allowing the destination to promote photography solutions across multiple guest touch points, including queue lines, food and beverage areas and park entry.

Guests can now visit Picsolve’s Green Screen Photo Studio and take home a photo souvenir of themselves situated in one of the different themed locations within Riverland Dubai, such as the French Village or India Gate.

Elsewhere, roaming photographers will be on the ground to capture guests’ moments of their day at Dubai Parks and Resorts, while photo gifts and branded photo books are available at Bollywood Parks, Motiongate and Legoland.

“As the UAE is the fastest growing region in the theme park industry, it was important that our partnership with Dubai Parks and Resorts took into consideration the thriving consumer demand for easy to use digital solutions within parks,” said Picsolve CEO Alan Wright.

“By deploying the latest innovations in technology and being part of Dubai Parks and Resorts’ ticketing eco-system, we are guaranteeing complete guest satisfaction with a fully connected, omni-channel photo and retail experience.”
