Spanish theme park Puy du Fou is aiming to attraction two million annual visitors by 2028 according to a business plan revealed by the park.

Puy du Fou España has expressed that the 2024 season as its most exciting to date and are aiming to surpass 1,2 million visitors.
Erwan de la Villéon, CEO of the park, has announced several novelties at Puy du Fou, including updates to El Sueño de Toledo. Coinciding with the fifth anniversary of the show, the park will increase its grandstand with a larger capacity that will accommodate up to 7,000 spectators. The show will commence on 22 March.

Puy du Fou will be open for longer this upcoming season with its calendar of performances extended to 152 days.

Visitors will be able to enjoy a new scene inspired by the Silver Age; an important period of time in Spanish literature and in the world of inventions, aviation and the automobile.
Puy du Fou has also been nominated for the IAAPA awards for its successful show A Pluma y Espada, nominated for the Best Show in the World award. Winners will be announced at a ceremony in the US on Sunday, 3 March.
Puy du Fou España will open its doors on Saturday, 9 March with 400,000 tickets sold already ahead of its reopening.
