This year's Euro Attractions Show became a record-breaker long before the exhibition even opened its doors.

On September 23-25, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) will host the Euro Attractions Show (EAS) at the RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

With a record of more than 10,000sq.m of exhibit space booked for the upcoming show, the 2014 edition of EAS will be the largest event in the show's history. The event is expected to attract more than 8,500 visitors from 80 countries.

EAS is the premier and largest conference and trade fair for the attractions industry in Europe. To date, more than 360 manufacturers, suppliers, and consultants from the amusement parks and attractions industry have signed up to display their latest innovations across this three-day event.

The current size of the exhibition floor exceeds last year's final exhibit space and it is expected to be the largest exhibit floor in the 11-year history of EAS.

Karen Staley, vice-president of IAAPA Europe stated: "Last year in Paris 393 companies exhibited, with exhibit contracts still coming in, this year we hope to feature more than 400 exhibitors that will showcase the latest products and services for the industry."

To accommodate the strong demand for exhibit space, EAS will take place in two halls at the RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre.

The exhibit floor will showcase innovative products and services in more than 100 product categories that will range from roller coasters to stuffed animals, slushy ice, ticketing systems, water rides, 4D theatres and much more.
