The Park Playground, an immersive virtual reality (VR) experiences provider, will be attending this year’s Dubai Entertainment & Leisure Exhibition Expo.

Located at the Dubai World Trade Centre between 5th and 7th March, exhibitors across the globe will be showcasing their latest products and innovations – and The Park Playground will unveil a brand-new VR turnkey solution and exhibit its immersive VR escape room.

Set on a 7m x 7m integrated VR free-roam field, guests can “immerse themselves into interactive and thrilling virtual worlds from The Park Playground’s fully mobile free-roam immersive experiences,” according to The Park Playgroud.

Visitors can virtually travel through deep space to battle hostile aliens in Mission Planet X, explore Egypt to help free a professor hidden in a pyramid in Mask of the Pharaoh or be transported to a terrifying multiplayer VR haunted house escape room, Don’t Scream.

Visitors can also choose to demo The Park Playground’s latest location-based entertainment (LBE) VR escape room, The Break-in, which uses generative AI to ensure the experience is personalised each and every time it is played. During the experience, guests become part of an elite SWAT team tasked to break into a bank and retrieve valuable stolen artwork.

The Park Playground’s recently appointed Head of Franchise, Bill Painter, will be at the show alongside Thomas Roozen, Head of Business Development and Florence Roosendaal, Head of Expansion & Projects, as well as a team of hosts.

Bill Painter will be on hand to meet with new connections and discuss the company’s new VR turnkey solution, The Park VR System Solution. The solution was recently adopted at Center Parcs Park Hochsauerland in Germany and according to the VR experience provider, allows any leisure facility to expand its entertainment offering.

“This will be our first time at the DEAL Expo show, and we’re looking forward to forming new connections and partnerships within the industry as we expand into this region,” said Bill Painter, Head of Franchise at The Park Playground.

“It’s an exciting time for our company as we strive towards international expansion. We’ve seen our presence grow across the UK and Europe, and we’re looking to replicate this success into new markets in Western Europe and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).”
