Aquatic Development Group (ADG), a leading designer and manufacturer of waterparks and water attractions, has announced it is opening half a dozen new FlowRider installations in 2020 and 2021.

The installations will take the number of FlowRiders installed at waterparks and resorts across the United States to more than 110 and over 200 around the world.

In June 2020, the FlowRider opened at Soaky Mountain Waterpark, where it is proving popular among visitors of all ages.

David Andrews, general manager of Soaky Mountain Waterpark, commented on the success of the new attraction: The FlowRider was an easy choice as one of our attractions at Soaky Mountain. We’ve seen the value the ride brings with incidental revenue, marketability, and a skill-based learning curve bringing guests back in time and time again,” said Andrews.

The ADG water ride opened at Riversport OKC in Oklahoma City in August 2020 and in Kalahari Resort, Round Rock, Texas in November 2020.

In 2021, the FlowRider will be launching at The Cove, an indoor waterpark in Little Elm, Texas, at The Beach, a new outdoor waterpark in Clayton County, and at Aquaport, the outdoor waterpark at Maryland Heights, Missouri.
