The bright lights and turbo sounds of Formula 1 will be heading to Vienna this winter as the latest Formula one Exhibition will be opening.

The first formula 1 Experience as held in Madrid and due to its popularity, it became Spain’s biggest temporary show of the year.

Now, the F1 experience drives into park ferme of Vienna, opening on 2 February until the end of spring.

F1 experience takes guests through six specially designed rooms such as ‘Once Upon a Time in Formula 1’ a chronological journey of F1’s history through never-seen-before images of the sport’s most memorable moments. 

Meanwhile in ‘The Design Lab’ zone, guests can learn all about what happens inside a all encompassing F1 Factory through information boards and interactive elements.

And in the ‘Survival’ area, one can marvel at the rigorous safety innovations which has protected drivers. One poignant exhibit is Romain Grosjean’s burnt out HAAS race car from which he miraculously survived during a terrible crash in the 2020 Bahrain Grand Prix.

Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO at Formula 1, commented on the new exhibition: “Following the success of our first Formula 1 Exhibition in Madrid, we are incredibly excited to announce Vienna as the second host of the innovative show. 

“Austria has a great history with Formula 1, so we are delighted to take this spectacle to the capital and provide fans in the country with another way of interacting and enjoying the sport’s rich history and heritage.
