Disney Cruise Line is to create a spooky-themed bar taking inspiration from the Haunted Mansion theme park attraction for its new cruise ship Disney Treasure when it debuts from Port Canaveral in 2024.
Called Haunted Mansion Parlor, the bar will serve up terrifying drink concoctions.
“A jovial captain who entered the ghostly realm after a disastrous dinner with his beloved fiancé,” is a clue given by Disney Cruise Line.
The dimly lit bar will include holograms of glowing apparitions and provide music inspired by the theme park ride’s score will set the mood.
The Haunted Mansion Parlor will utilize the artistic style of the original 1969 Disneyland attraction and pay homages to the park through purple wallpaper with wooden finishes. A mantel clock that strikes 13 will sit over a fireplace near a purple armchair.
