A new spinning coaster is in the pipeline for Parc Astérix.
The attraction is set to be opened during the 2025 season. It is suggested that the German ride manufacturers Gerstlauer is behind the creation of the spinning coaster.
Designs for the new ride can be seen at the park, which detail vehicles themed to spinning chariots and of which depart the Garage Pocatalitix, a potential name of the ride. Additionally, Pocatalitix is the French name of the wagon dealer character in the Asterix and Obelix comic strips.
Parc Astérix remain tight-lipped on the upcoming ride.
