Longleat is launching luxury self-catering accommodation at a selection of historic properties on its Wiltshire estate.

The cottages will come with the added excitement of being able to be engrossed in a safari adventure. The cottages will have far-reaching views of the iconic safari park, with inhabitants of the East Africa reserve wandering close by.

Among the accommodation available to let is the 18th century Deer Keeper’s House, which is nestled in woodland with views across the rolling Estate and Deer Park. Gardner’s Cottage is situated next to the Pleasure Walk and East Lodge boasts a stunning view of Longleat House’s mighty façade.

Ceawlin, Lord Bath, executive chairman of Longleat Enterprises, said: “These unique properties have been entirely transformed into luxurious overnight spaces with every modern convenience available for a truly unforgettable short-break experience.

“At the same time our team of designers has preserved their quirks and features and then complimented them with a mix of themed interiors and artefacts associated with each of the properties to really bring out their individuality,” he added.
